Terms of Use and Subscription

1. Publisher

2. The service

Smoozy offers blender recipes, adjusts their quantities to a protein target, and lets you keep a food log, track water and activity, keep a shopping list and a history of what you’ve made.

Recipes marked “draft” have not been kitchen-tested yet: their taste and texture are not guaranteed.

3. Not medical advice, no allergen guarantee

The nutrition values shown are estimates, calculated from the average values of the Anses Ciqual table, or provided by Open Food Facts and by you. Your products may differ.

Smoozy is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a doctor or dietitian. The targets you choose are personal guides, not recommendations.

Allergy and diet alerts rely on information that may be incomplete. Always check your products’ labels. If you have a severe allergy, follow your doctor’s advice.

4. Free version and Smoozy+

The free version gives access to all of Smoozy, with 3 blends with adjusted quantities per rolling week. The base recipe, the log, allergies and exporting your data are never paid features.

Smoozy+ removes this limit and adds your blend on the lock screen (iPhone, iOS 17 or later) and 30-day progress.

5. Subscription, trial and renewal

Smoozy+ is a yearly or monthly subscription, bought with your App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) account. The price, including taxes, and the duration are shown before purchase.

When a free trial is offered, the subscription is charged at the end of the trial unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price, unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

To cancel: your App Store or Google Play account settings, under Subscriptions (reachable from Profile → Smoozy+). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their terms.

In the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase. It is exercised through Apple’s refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play’s (order history). If you started using Smoozy+ during that period, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the time already used. Outside the European Union, refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s terms and the consumer law of your country.

8. Content and sources

Nutrition data: Anses Ciqual 2025 table (Etalab Open Licence 2.0). Product pages: Open Food Facts (ODbL licence). Icons: Lucide (ISC licence).

Smoozy’s texts, illustrations (including Moki) and recipes belong to the publisher.

9. Availability and liability

Smoozy is provided as is. The publisher does its best to keep it working, without guaranteeing it will be free of interruptions or errors. The publisher cannot be held liable for a use of the estimates contrary to section 3.

10. Changes

These terms may change. A significant change is announced in the app before it applies.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the consumer law of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, contact the publisher first.

If you live outside the European Union, including in the United States, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your state or country still apply to you.
